Quite confusing on where exactly to go, because there were so many doors. None had doors closed. I wish I would have known when it was done. The waiting room was nice as always, quiet. The service was quick and easy. There was no confusion about the free oil change and the people were nice

Curtis and Becky were great in getting me all the information I needed, and Brayden was awesome at answering questions honestly and getting me into the truck I wanted as painlessly as possible. They were all so genuine and helpful - I would trust Toyota Helena with any vehicle purchase. I did have to sit through the painful sales tactics of the finance manager + 1 in training for 30 minutes, but it’s part of the job so I get it. Luckily I have relatives retired from the car industry to let me know you don’t need all the guarantees and warranties on a Toyota leased vehicle. If you are interested in any of these, make sure to ask them to run through all of what it does and doesn’t cover slowly, compare it to the service and warranties that already come from the manufacturer, and be prepared for a considerable increase in payment. And don’t think you have to buy the packages for them, they will break them down individually for you in a “step down sales” process. But again, everything else about the experience start to finish was great and very easy!

Ryan and Zack were both a huge help in getting me get out of my Tundra and into a Tacoma for lower monthly payments. I would recommend these guys to help anyone. Thanks again, gentlemen!

There is several options for scheduling my service appointment which makes it easy to fit my schedule I.e. drop off , wait, shuttle.

Was able to get a service appointment quickly. Asked for a review of needed service work. All work was presented to me to approve or deny. I added an additional service and it was all completed in the same day. My 2008 Tundra is running great again.
