I had an amazing experience here buying my first new car. My salesman Robb was great, he responded to my questions immediately during the process and I feel comfortable asking questions about anything in the future that may come up. He went out of his way to come up with a plan to get me in to pick up my car on a VERY busy day for them when it seemed like my schedule wasn’t going to work with theirs. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to get my car to me the same day it arrived. He went through the features of my new car thoroughly, which was great because there was a lot of stuff I didn’t even know existed. He also did a great job entertaining us and keeping us in the loop on wait times to get into finance on one of their busiest days. I had a wonderful experience here and I would recommend Toyota of Helena and Robb to everyone!

Dealing with Dakota our sales representative was a complete pleasure. I do not like the extended warranty process. It should have some sort of grace period for decision, and comes after a negotiation process for the price of the vehicle, and the term of the coverage was not readily understood initially. Casey did provide a discount on the policy for my medical profession. All in all it was a pleasurable experience and the sale was a good fit for us, and we felt heard by Dakota the salesperson.

Very good experience with Toyota of Helena buying a new car today. Ryan was my salesman, Kasey and Roman were the managers, and Becky got me set up to talk to Ryan. I’ve gone there two days in a row, and I have been very happy with our transactions over those two days. Wonderful place to get a car, and they will not let you go thirsty that’s for sure. Coffee and water and other things are available, as well as a nice waiting area. They’re having some construction done to the front, so the doors work a little better, and the atmosphere is very nice for a car dealership. It’s easy to see why a lot of people call. Toyota of Helena are the best auto dealer in the state. I certainly have a new place to purchase my automobiles that’s for sure. My wife and I got hers yesterday, good deals, and no BS straightforward answer that. Having been a salesman before, I can tell you these people are on the level and will answer any question you need an answer to. The car was immaculate inside and out.
