Was very impressed with the whole car buying process at Toyota of Helena. As soon as I stepped on the lot I felt welcomed and heard. Car salesman (Ty) was very helpful in giving me all the information with every vehicle that I looked at. It didn’t stop there. Management and financing staff were easy to work with to make the purchasing process seamless. I can’t recommend this dealership enough due their customer service and willingness to help make a solid vehicle purchase.

Arik was very professional, patient and never pressured me into a sale. He explained each trim level (the 4Runner has like 12 of them) and never tried to oversell but rather fit the trim to what I was wanting out of the vehicle. There wasn’t one on the lot that was an exact match but rather than try and convince me to purchase one that was, he found one at another dealership 70 miles away and personally brought it in. No one likes to go in to buy a car because we expect the car salesman to be… well you know. Arik doesn’t fit that mold and instead was customer oriented, not commission oriented which is the way it should be. The dealership made the car buying experience pretty smooth. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a reliable and awesome to drive vehicle. I got the TRD off road premium and it is a blast to drive. Great off road capability with cool tech features.

Stopped through at Toyota Service in Helena while on roadtrip across the states. They were super quick to fit in an appointment while I was driving through. They very helpful with required maintenance and what was only suggested. Overall great experience

I contacted Helena Toyota about my pick-up from out of town, I began working with and Becky she provided me with all the material I needed to get my financing in check for my arrival on Wednesday. She got us in touch with the parts manager in advanced as well so we could build our own topper before arrival. Ryan met me for my test drive, he was personable, kind, and ready to assist with any request or question I may have had. The financial team was knowledgeable and willing to break down all of my question with no sense of frustration. Overall the entire team I worked with was excellent and when the time comes for upgrade we will return once more to Helena Toyota.

As a first time car buyer, I could not recommend this place more. The entire team, particularly Robb Doyle in sales, was respectful and made the process as easy as possible! If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

We had a great experience with Mike, Roman and Jen over the last month. We had a short list of must-haves but weren't entirely sure how we were going to fit it all together with our budget and Mike and Roman were very patient helping us sort through the options, coming back to do more test drives with the kids in tow! And finally landing on a great vehicle we hadn't originally looked at, but checked all our boxes. We haven't bought a car from a dealership in a long time, but everyone was very pleasant and straight forward to work with. Even the finance guy was chill.

This is the 2nd car I have purchased here. I originally traded off a car I had for 11 year but it was to big and wanted something smaller since my two older kids started driving. I bought a new 2025 Toyota carolla cross but I went a little to small for what I needed so after 10 months I traded for a 2025 Subaru forester, which was very lightly used. Both times they were the best dealership I’ve ever worked with!!!! They didn’t try to pressure me ( which I don’t do well with) like most dealers. They were honest, but fair! The staff did everything they could to get me into the car. at the price point I wanted without the stress. Cooper who I bought my first car from is amazing! Even though he isn’t there anymore he is a real stand up guy. This year I bought a car from Beau he was amazing too. Both finance guys are also great! I know Zack from a previous job so I know he’s a good guy. Jakob the other finance guy went above and beyond! They did not push like some car places do! The manager Rich I can’t say enough nice things about him he is also a genuinely good human! It’s rare to find places like this but I will never buy a car anywhere Else, even if I move! I’d travel here to buy. My daughters are graduating highschool in the next couple years and I will be buying their college cars from them. There business strategy is great.. “we just take care of people” It is not just a business to them ! They are all just genuinely good people ! Who care about the people of their community. Everyone was great, friendly and helpful. Didn’t have any high pressure sales so was easy to take time and deal with them to decide on purchase. They gave a very fair trade in value for our old car and was very happy with the experience from start to finish. The was the second car I bought here and I am sure there will be a third.

Fast professional and knowledgeable

Matteo, Amy, Dakota, and the Toyota Service Crew are professional, fun, and they really understand what my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser means to me! I want to drive it as long as I can because the FJ is the best car I have ever owned and they respect that!

Bought a new car over a year ago and have been to the complimentary 6 month and 12 month services already. During the most recent service, one of my wheels was unfortunately scratched and I sent a photo in of the scratch and they volunteered to replace the wheel at my earliest convenience. They seem to care about their customers so 5 stars from me.

I cannot say enough great things about Toyota of Helena! Usually when I start a review like this I end up going on and on about all the wonderful things. This time, however, I'm going to go ahead and just invite you guys all to go on down And see the great folks over there. For starters, Kris was an absolute delight And here willingness to explain what's going on is a breath of fresh air. In an industry truck full of jargon, that is used mainly just to cost you more money, I left feeling at least halfway educated about how uneducated I am. Lol If Google had more stars, I would love to give this business as many stars as I could! I left feeling like I'd actually been helped, and not like I am completely in the dark.

The best service service i've ever had!!

Elysa is a great sales woman. She was easy to work with and not pushy about making a sale at all. Customer service was Elysa's top priority. Jacob is a awesome finance manager that is very informative and helpful. I highly recommend toyota of Helena.

I was referred to Toyota of Helena with a unique dilemma. My car had an aftermarket set of lug nuts needing a special spline key for removal. Not one tire shop, dealership or parts store had one. This meant I couldn't take my temporarily -fixed tire off, or get to my wheel well to put in my new battery in (dumb place, yes). Amy became determined to help me, as I had driven 70 miles with a dead battery that had been jumped - if I turned it off or it died, I was stranded. After much thought, she and her crew found something that would work, took off and replaced all lug nuts and even installed my battery at a very reasonable price. They could have gouged me financially, as I had NO alternatives. But instead they were so helpful and caring. I would recommend them for any car needs - mine isn't even a Toyota! I am just so grateful to them for their help!!

You can look up my record to see the last person to contact me was over a week ago where he said he was waiting to hear back from the Toyota rep that was in kalispell. I have not heard back from anyone and now I am going to keep all communication in writing moving forward. Please review my file and contact me with a solution regarding the 70,000.00 lemon of a Land Cruiser my wife is driving around. The most horrible brake squeal this town gets to hear as she takes kids to school and commutes to work. The last person I talked to, I was kind to and simply asked him to keep the line of communication open. No dice. I called Toyota of Helena looking for a specific model of the 5.7 Tundra. Though they didn't have any on the lot I got a call back from Curtis a couple weeks later when a clean, lower milage truck that fit my description got traded in. I was able to see the truck as soon as it was through the shop. My sales rep was Ryan Reed. I appreciate that he wasn't at all pushy about the purchase when I was looking over the truck. After the purchase they worked with me to get the truck registered out of state. Would recommend Toyota of Helena if you're looking for a used Toyota.

What an incredible team over there! My hand and I have looked at so many cars, test drove with lots of dealerships and shaken hands with many used sales people over the past year. However, nobody made it as enjoyable of a process as the team over at Toyota of Helena did. They were gracious enough to set the keys aside for a vehicle we wanted to test drive since we had an hour and half drive. Once we got there, they didn’t sit us down and interview us with loads of questions for 45 minutes before we could test drive. Instead, they had us test driving the vehicle we wanted within minutes of us arriving. They filled us in on all options but never pressured us to go with a vehicle/price point that we weren’t looking for. I would definitely buy from these guys again. Thanks Toyota of Helena!

Sales experience was great. No complaints about the human experience. Detailing of the truck was the only downside. Wax marks all over. Truck wasn't washed. Decals were damaged during waxing.
